Unity + Magick
As a primary principle, we promote Unity among witches, pagans, and magickal practitioners. Our community is nondenominational and welcoming to followers of any or no religion. We are in full support of Feminism and utilize witchcraft as an empowering practice that seeks to destabilize the patriarchy. Acceptance & encouragement of LGBTQAI+ identities are vital to us, and we strive to care for the Earth in all of its offerings. We are unable to support people & paths which promote racism, nationalism, ableism, or the exclusion of trans people in their ideologies or practices. We ask that members Honor these principles in their lives & interactions.
2020 AUSTIN WITCHES MARKET VENDOR LIST
As a local community organizer, Jessica Beauvoir is the founder of Austin Witches Circle and Curator of apothecary & arts co-op, Yarrow & Sage. She is also the self-taught herbalist behind Sage Craft Botanicals. Using both analytical and intuitive design methods, she draws inspiration from practical needs, plant-based living, witchcraft, and of course, the herbs themselves.
Sage Craft Botanicals uses organic and wild harvested herbs from sustainable sources to craft small batch herbal goods which playfully combine both magical & medicinal herbalism. The result is an impressive array of offerings which include herbal tea blends, incenses, tinctures, essential oil roll-ons, sprays and botanical body products - all inspired by wellness, metaphysics, and connecting with the elemental forces of nature.
Yarrow & Sage is a cooperative storefront featuring local herbalists' and artists' handcrafted wares. The foundation of the co-op is very much DIY, with a focus on community-driven initiatives. In an increasingly expensive city, it’s their aim to provide an affordable place for artisans to sell their work while engaging firsthand with their customers.
